Mike’s knives were in pretty bad shape, to say they were not sharp would be giving them justice. You could play with them, and not get cut, is how sharp they were :). Not bad on being clean, just extremely not sharp, with almost no edge, been years before they were used. Now he is fully using them as normal everyday kitchen use, and love them. Brought them back to life!
