* SharpReel must receive payment within 60 days from completion of your ordered services, failure to pay in this timeframe will result in a non-payment dispute, and reposession of your serviced items.
Shipping
* Your Order will be shipped upon verified payment within 24 hours, most of the time within a couple hours (Monday through Friday).
* The shipping cost for this order is calculated based on your location, unless you spend $100 or more after discounts, then it’s FREE return shipping.
* All paid orders Saturday, and Sunday ship out on Monday.
* Each order comes with a delivery confirmation number that will be available on the order details page.
* Your items will be carefully packaged in a sealed shipping container.
Special Orders
* Rush Orders will be processed within an 1-3 hour timeframe, and shipping with the time to get it to you by the next day if you order before 1PM EST. The most time a rush order can take is if parts are required to repair your items. Max processing time on rush orders not needing parts is within 4-24 hours depending on the size of your order.
* Overnight Shipping is for only return shipping, and will mean getting your items faster than the normal 2-5 days, will be cut down to overnight delivery from completion of your ordered services. This feature works best with rush orders. (for example, a rush order and overnight shipping on a collection of 8 kitchen knives, would be completed within 4-8 hours and shipping out as soon as possible but to include getting there overnight.
