Sammy’s kitchen and field knives were not that bad in the sharp department, the issue BIG issue was the condition of the blades and handles. The knives had lots and lots of oil, dust, and dirt on them. It was a few hours on each just to put in the wrench time of getting the oil off the blades without damaging the metal itself. After completed, each knife looked much better, and was sharp as possible on every angle of the edge.
